Traci Vincent, yoga / blogger instructor, writes about appreciation, "These small pulses of gratitude and thankfulness start my day off in a positive direction. The more I have practiced this all day, when I think about it, the "muscle" more than I built in my mind positive. This has thus increased my reserve of positive emotions and helped me to become more resistant to negative emotions. "
